In June of 2006, a complete culture change began within our home. We began by looking at the way we ran our traditional medical Aged Care Facility. We started on a journey that would change life in our home forever. Our management team transformed into a leadership team becoming "grandparents" to our families. Much of our time is now spent educating and empowering our front line care partners and Elders to make decisions regarding Elder care, the result is Elder-centred care.
