At Trinity we work to create an Elder-centred community that contains variety, spontaneity, and companionship. As we change the way life is lived and work is done, we create a "HUMAN COMMUNITY" that reflects "homeliness" and not that of an institution.  Our entire family of staff is devoted to this culture change movement within our home, making life better for everyone that works and lives at Trinity Manor.
