Trinity Manor is an ever-changing environment of vibrancy and life enriching experiences where we celebrate the passions of elders and share experiences.
Participation is the key
Trinity Manor is a unique, family-owned aged care community that is full of vibrancy and life enriching experiences for elders. Our elders enjoy the company of others in an ever-changing environment, where their value is appreciated, respected and acknowledged. Everyone has hidden talents and particular likes. We celebrate the passions of our elders by encouraging them to share experiences within our Trinity Manor community. Trinity Manor is an elder-centred community where variety, spontaneity and companionship are the antidotes to promote a more enriched life.
Our lifestyle team customises each elder’s plan to include different skill and awareness levels. From bingo and morning exercise, to easy listening music and relaxation therapy, there is something for everyone. Our elders enjoy activities including games, yoga, crafts, musical entertainment, parties, cooking, movies, afternoon tea, happy hour, exercise, manicures, bowls, and much more. Outings include fairs, picnics, concerts, restaurants and shopping trips on our Trinity Manor bus. Recognising that our elders have much to offer, we incorporate opportunities for them to give care, as well as receive it, by volunteering for community support roles that help people to stay feeling useful and valued.
Religious services are provided by community volunteers and clergy, with chapel services held regularly. We welcome residents from any denomination. Special services are also offered for religious holidays and observances such as Christmas and Easter. Multicultural activities are also organised. We are able to provide personal escorts to transport elders to physician and care appointments outside Trinity Manor, by arrangement. Undercover parking is available for family and friends who come to visit. Residents are welcome to take accompanied therapeutic leaves of absence and we encourage families to visit often.
